At mavqeri, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your refund is issued.
Exchanges & Store Credit
For size exchanges, we offer complimentary shipping on the replacement item. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit valid for 12 months, allowing you to explore our latest collections at your leisure. Our priority is your complete satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and exclusivity, earrings, final sale items, and customized pieces cannot be returned unless defective. We appreciate your understanding.
All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD) and will be issued via your original payment method — PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard.
